Add liquid ingredients with exception of Absinthe to shaker and load with ice, shake vigorously. In a martini or coup glass spritz with Rosewater infused Absinthe (recipe below) from an atomizer for aroma. Strain cocktail into glass and garnish with a sprig of fresh fennel and a brandied cherry.
* Rosewater Absinthe – Add 1 tsp of rosewater to 5 oz. of absinthe in an atomizer
