One of our favorite cocktails the Pink Corvette was originally developed for our friends at Forbes. We pair Saint Luna with Guava juice, a bar spoon of absinthe and a cinnamon simple syrup for a tiki inspired star of a cocktail.
Start by making a cinnamon simple syrup which is 1 cup of sugar to 1 cup of water boiled until clear. Then add a few cinnamon sticks and let sit for a few hours. Add all of your ingredients to a shaker with ice, including that bar spoon of your favorite absinthe, shake and strain into a collins glass with ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, mint and a lemon peel. Don’t forget to slap that mint!
