Add a pinch of yellow chartreuse, a dash of sherry and this vibrant concoction will have you hopping like an Easter bunny!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Saint Luna
  • .25 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • .25 Paolo Cortado Sherry
  • 2 oz Carrot Ginger Shrub
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • 3 dashes aromatic

Preparation

Serve chilled with 3 ice cubes in a double rocks glass, garnished with a carrot ribbon and star anise pod.
