Saint Dorothy

Our Saint Dorothy starts off with a strawberry rhubarb shrub. To make the shrub add about a cup of strawberries and cut up rhubarb to a bowl covered with sugar. Let sit for 24-48 hours until all the juices are extracted. Add equal parts red wine vinegar. Add all your ingredients to a shaker, shake and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig and lemon peel.
