We love a hot cocktail, and this toddy is the perfect way to warm up on a cold winter night.
To make the cinnamon honey syrup, add equal parts of water and honey to a pot, and bring to a boil. Once dissolved add your cinnamon sticks and let soak for a few hours. Combine all your ingredients, either in a crock pot or shaker. This cocktail can be served on ice, or warm. Garnish with a lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
