Pro tip: The best way to get that froth on a cocktail is to dry shake your egg white first, then add ice and shake.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Saint Luna
  • .75 oz Ume Plum Liqueur
  • .75 oz Mulled Wine syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • Egg white
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

Start this cocktail by making your favorite mulled wine. We tend to like the NY Times recipe. Add all of your ingredients to a shaker, dry shake for 15 seconds, and then add ice, and shake for another 30-seconds. Strain and pour into a coup glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top to garnish.
